How It Works 

Coaching engagements typically run 4 to 8 sessions over 3 to 6 months, structured around your specific goals and challenges.
 
The format is fluid and adapts to what you need:
Online sessions via Microsoft Teams or equivalent for focused, targeted coaching on specific challenges — accessible wherever you are in the world. On-the-job shadowing where we observe and coach you in your real environment — whether that’s in person or remotely, with leaders increasingly sharing their workplace context via video, from production lines to engineering facilities, bringing the real world into the coaching conversation. Walking coaching in nature for reflective, deeper conversations away from the noise. Full-day immersions when more intensive work is needed.
 
Geography is not a barrier. We work with leaders across the UK and internationally. If you’re part of a globally dispersed organisation or an individual manager anywhere in the world, we can make this work for you.
